In how many days can I expect my order to be delivered?

Our aim is to deliver your product within 10 working days from the date of placing the order.

However, complex prescriptions such as tints, coatings and varifocal lenses can take 14 days to be delivered. Any delay will be communicated to you via email or phone.

What is the cost of a delivery?

Our standard delivery charges are £4.95 to any place in the UK. The recipient is required to acknowledge the delivery by providing a signature upon receiving their package. You can of course choose to visit our store to pick up your order.

Do you undertake International delivery?

We currently are not offering delivery to places outside of the UK. However, we are in the process of extending this facility to our customers in the near future.

How do you cover damages?

We take utmost care to deliver your order in one piece. In the unlikely event of damaged glasses in your delivery, do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in sorting out the order as soon as possible. For speedy redressals kindly provide as much information regarding the incident as possible. You can call or email us to advise of any issues.

How can I track my order?

We maintain a system where we send email to the customer as soon as the order has been dispatched, providing all the information about the consignment. This includes a tracking number. The status of your order can be tracked using this number by logging on to our website under the ‘My Account’ section. The ‘My Orders’ section under this will feature the status of your order.
