The contract between you ('the customer') and e2eopticians would be made soon after the acceptance of your order by e2eopticians. The following Terms and Conditions will govern any order and purchase of Goods or services from us. We request you to read them carefully.

  2. Supply of Goods
    • We are committed to displaying all the goods as accurately as possible on our website, using techniques of website design, graphics and photography and also indicate the measurements.
    • All the goods displayed are on sale subject to availability.
    • We will supply prescription glasses or lenses only to those customers over 16 years of age.
    • We do not supply prescription glasses or lenses to those registered partially sighted or blind.
    • Abiding by the existing rules of UK General Optical Council regulations we do not take orders for lenses that are 8 dioptres or more.
    • In order to process your order we need your prescription from a registered optician not older than 2 years.
    • The obligation for providing the right prescription, from which the lenses will be produced, rests with the customer.
    • We use average PD (pupillary distance) measurements to process your order, unless you state otherwise. This is provided to us by certified dispensing opticians. However, it is advisable that you consult your Optician and obtain the PD number yourself and provide it to us. Otherwise, unless stated, we use an average PD measurement of 63mm for all single vision and bifocal lenses.
    • If the order placed by you is out of stock we will immediately revert to you with an e-mail stating the same. Further, we place a back order for such orders. If you find it inconvenient to wait then you are free to cancel your order in the interim.
